Career information

Awarded the King George VI Coronation Medal in 1937 for service on the HMS Victoria Albert.

Lewis Peter Moore died along with entire crew when his submarine went missing in the Mediterranean, probably rammed on 4 Oct 1940 by Italian merchant off Bari.
