History Built as Dutch Atlas, 1939 sold to France and renamed Quiberon 
Notes on loss At 21.09 hours on 19 Jan, 1940, the unescorted Quiberon (Master Arsène Guillevic) was hit in the stern by one torpedo from U-59 and sank within four minutes off Great Yarmouth.
