Personal information

Son of Thomas and Lily Britton; husband of Edith Emily Britton, of Bramley, Leeds. He had been DEMS gunner aboard the British troop transport Empire Trooper and was lost on passage aboard Courland from Gibraltar to HMS Pembroke, the RN barracks at Chatham.
