Personal information
Paul Peter Maresca served in the US Navy from April 1940 to December 1945. He boarded USS Tasker H. Bliss on 13 October 1942 with the duty of being in charge of the battle dressing room. Paul survived the sinking of this ship without injuries and boarded USS Elizabeth C. Stanton together with other survivors at Casablanca on 15 November, helping in the dressing room with injured men.
