| Notes on event | At 09.00 hours on 24 October 1939 the Konstantinos Hadjipateras struck a mine laid on 16 October by U-19 and sank 18 miles from the Inner Dowsing Lightship. The survivors were picked up by the Gorleston lifeboat Louise Stephens. The wreck lying in 53°18’36N/00°36’57E was dispersed in July 1947. | ||
