After taking on board three ratings that had to come from Dundee, HrMs Dolfijn (Lt.Cdr. H.M.L.F.E. van Oostrom Soede, RNN), departed Falmouth to continue her passage to Gibraltar. She was escorted out (until 1740/27) by HMS Lord Inchcape (T/Lt. A.C. Baxter, RNVR) and HMS Conway Castle (T/Lt. N.G. Nell, RNVR). (1)
