Reclassified ocean tug AT-138 on 1 June 1942
Reclassified ocean tug old ATO-138 on 15 May 1944

Torpedoed by German motor torpedo boats off Normandy in position 49º30'N, 00º50'N at 0200 hours on 11 June 1944, she sank some 35 minutes later.
