U-869 located of New Jersey?

During the last few days several reports have come to my attention claiming that the mysterious U-Who of New Jersey has been positively identified as U-869 (this wreck has been believed by many to be that boat for a few years). The wreck was originally discovered in 1991. The main report was published in the Asbury Park Press. The boat is resting at depth of about 230 feet (70 meters) and as such is a very advanced dive.
