Pardon my question to yours, but were the hatches of the Tvpe VII-C\'s and B\'s that different? If you can settle for a C\'s hatch, there are several great pictures in a book that I know someone with a scanner must have: Vom Original zum Modell, pages 19 and 25. One is a close-up of just the open hatch, and another is a overall shot of the tower from above, where the hatch is clearly visible. Good luck, and good hunting!
