Hello Steve. according to my information the interior of the hull ,above the floor plates and including the tower was painted \"elfenbein \"or ivory , an off white. I have seen pictures of the U-2540 and in the color pictures it does look like the interior is painted a light pale green. I wonder if this was a post war color and just repainted this \"institutional green \" not knowing that the WWII color was an off white color ?
