Hi Gentlemen.

I also tried the \"one-Email-per-day-routine\" without success.

Then I replaced the word \"please\" by \"lawyer\" and received immediately an answer.

But....of course no batteriers or motor. So I do not expect them to refund money.


I have graduated from lawschool myself, although I do not work in that field right now. I´m in advertising.
But I agree, that it can be costly going the legal routine. Especially in the US.
On the other hand I never had a bad experience with online - orders
(amazon, ebay, stewart macdonald -guitarshop supply.......just to name a few)

If you treat your customers like that on the web - you deserve punishment.
Costly or not.

But if it turns out, that they are bankrupt, it would not make any sense to try.
My lawyer tries to find out, if they make money with their other activities in the movie-industry.

If this fails, I will concentrate my efforts on retrieving replacementparts and forget about it.
