You need the following books for your collection.

(1). Vom original zum Modell: Uboottyp VII C: authors, Fritz Köhl & Axel Niestle ISBN 3-7637-6002-4. (NOTE: This book is written
in German).
(2). The Type VII U-Boat (Anatomy of the ship No. 3): author, David Westwood ISBN 0-87021-886-7.
(3). The U-Boat: The Evolution and Technical History of German
Submarines: author, Eberhard Rössler ISBN 0-87021-966-9.
(4). German Warships 1825-1945: Volume 2, U-Boats and Mine Warfare Vessels: author, Eric Croner ISBN 155750301X.
(5). Type VII U-Boats: Robert C. Stern ISBN 1-55750-828-3.
(6). U-Boats under the Swastika: author, J. P. Mallmann Showell ISBN 0-668-03457-2.

The above said books are the first (I have about 50 books) that I
pick up when looking up something about the Type-VIIC and Type-VIIc/41 U-boats.
