1/72 scale U-boats? any chance???

Hello,
I am desperately looking for a 1/72 scale model that i can use to construct a diorama of the sinking of U-361 by a catalina of 210 Sqn, RAF, which earned John Cruikshank his VC. I think it was a VIIc U -boat, going on info from this site, but this is my first step into the wold of marine modelling (im an Air Cadet, and am more familiar with craft that go up than go own....) and so my knowledge is pretty skethy. Can anyone tell me if there is a 1/72 u boat kit out, and am i going to do a major facelift on this baby??
