Opening flood holes on Revells new 1/72 U-Boat???????

I just received the new 1/72 Atlantic Version U-Boat and was wondering if it makes a big difference to open up the flood holes. My main question is also which holes should be opened (All of them?) or do some need to remain filled in to be correct. Also, if you open the holes, how do you build a pressure hull or is there a way around that. I need some help since I mostly build 1/32 aircraft.
