Hi,

there has to be a some kind of typo. As you have correctly noticed, the volume of regulating and reserve fuel oil tanks (Regelbunker) was 9,4 m3 both.
There is also an error in description - these tanks were not self-compensating - the fuel from these tanks were transfered by means of compressed air.
