Building a U-Boat

I am wondering what it would cost to build an exact copy of a WW2 german Sevenseas U-Boat? I'm not talking a model but the real thing. And I am wondering also if there are any ship building companies in Germany that might be up to the task? Thanks Dennis P.S. I know it would cost alot of money but I am not really concerned with that.
