Apologies for writing in english but my written German is not the best.

I have just discovered that my grandfather was an engineer on the the merchant boat the "Upwey Grange" that was sunk by U37 on 8th August 1940 (he survived although a wound from this ended his semi-professional football career). If anyone has any information regarding u37 or men who served on it during this time i would be grateful if you could point me the right direction.

I lived in Berlin from 1992 - 1997 and can read german relatively well.
