Hi there,

I just made a visit at an elderly couple...his father was a crew member on the U1006...his mother never told him that only six people died when the U 1006 sunk...all the years he never new that there were any survivors...he just found out a couple weeks ago...
He would love to know more about the circumstances of the sinking and if there are any more people that are still alive that were on the U 1006...

Hope you guys can help me...that would be great...
