Do you have : PLANROLLE:UBOOTTYP VIIC by FRITZ KÖHL or the books GESCHICHTE DES DEUTSCHEN U-BOOTBAUS band 1 and band 2 ( vol. 1 and 2 ) by EBERHARD RÖSSLER , between the 2 books are about 10 folded u-boat plans ,they are seperate from the books and contain alot of great information such as long views and deck plans for all types of German U-boats from WWII. Believe it or not I have some U-boat books in japanese and one book has alot of great ( but small ) blue prints and diagrams of type VII's , it is called GERMAN U-BOAT OF WWII [3] GROUND POWER SPECIAL ISSUE JAN.'98 and published by DELTA PUBLISHING Co., LTD . I may not read japanese but the pictures and diagrams are incredible . You may also want to try TAUBMAN PLANS SERVICE INTERNATIONAL 11 college drive # 4G Jersey City New Jersey 07305. They bill themselves as the "world's largest retailer of ship modeling plans ".
