Control room crew?

I hope someone here can clarify a few things for me regarding
the crew working in the control room.

1. Which crewmembers would be working in the control room normaly?
I can think of two persons controlling the aft and bow hydroplanes.
the capten and the LI and maybe a navigator.
Who else would be there and what would there tasks be?

2. Say that the capten whiches to change the speed of the boat, who
would actually operate the Engine telegraf, the LI?

3. The rudders where, I belive, controlled from the aft torpedo room.
Where there some kind of course telegraf from the control room or did they
use a voise tube. Or could they be manouvered from the control room as well?
