China onboard U-Boats: Can any Divers Help?

Hello to all,
Quite recently I acquired a serving dish supposedly taken off the U-352. The markings look good and I don't think that the dish is fake, I just wonder if it came off a u-boat. The dish is 12 " long and 8 " wide with a three green stripes in a thin-thick-thin line configuration about 1 " from the edge of the dish. The depression in the center is about half an inch at most. I know this sounds strange but has any diver ever recovered anything resembling this?
