Hi Leif,
I made as kindly a reminder as I thought called for. I did not mean to play Visje\'s school master or rap his knuckles. If Zach\'s question and Visje\'s answer would have been in the General Forum, I would not have commented in this respect at all. After all, this forum\'s name implies that those posting answers have at least done their \"homework\". In other words, for example, I expect our young friend Tony to post questions here, but not answer most of them. I do not expect infallibility either. Perhaps my expectations are not realistic, but until proof is at hand, I\'ll stick with them. Friendly regards to you and Visje, RB
