Yes one would assume roughly the same performance so the numbers are interesting. But I have found in a document (kindly sent to me by kpp) some very different numbers. First they went straight for 9.5m, which seems to match very nicely to 9.15 for the US version. But then it is stated a turning radius of 95 m which is pretty far from the US 18.29 m.
Could they really be that different?
18.29 m seems like a very quick turn for a 7m long object..
If moving at 25 knots it would take approx. 2.2 seconds to turn 90 degrees. I don’t know but that sounds pretty tough.
