HMS Evadne

Wonder if anyone knows anything about the HMS Evadne, my Dad served on her during the WW2 28/05/42 to 03/08/43. He was enlisted with T124X at HMS Mersey in Liverpool after serving on Evadne he then went on HMS Searcher of which I have found loads of information. I am trying to find which medal was earned on which ship and for what conflict. From internet searches I have found that the armed yacht Evadne who was an anti submarine vessel, depth charged U-300 on 22 Feb 1945. With my Dad's service record I also have 4 Inland Revenue forms addressed to my Dad L/Stoker Harry Cordingley HMS Evadne these are for 1942, 43, 44, 45, although he was only on this ship from 42/43.
