HMS Neptune

<HTML>Hi ,

My father was on HMS Neptune when it was commissioned at Portsmouth in 1933/4 .He is now 86 years old.He has very fond memories of what was his first ship.
He left the Navy before the War but is wondering if there is anyone still alive who was on the ship when it was commissioned.

any information gratefully received.
