Turbulent's whereabouts are not known as far I can ascertain because there is no certainty about when & where she was lost. Her sinking is most likely to be credited to an attack by MAS.558 off Bastia, Corsica, but this is only an educated guess, since there are sources claiming she attacked ASW vessel Teti II next day in the same area.
If any info has surfaced on the Maddalena location, the French would not have anything to do with it since that is an Italian area, and you should inquire with the Italian Navy, but I can assure you it is most unlikely she was in that area due to a number of cosiderations I will not repeat here (too much info).
