HMIS Prabhavati sunk HMS Glasgow

<HTML>The old Indian patrol vessel HMIS Prabhavati was sunk in error by the British light cruiser HMS Glasgow on 9th December 1941.
Can someone supply more information on this ship and how it was sunk.
