<HTML>According to "Warships Supplement 62":

6.12.1941 [GLASGOW] Left Colombo for the Laccadive Islands; anchored off Kalperi on 7th and later sailed for Kavaretti Is., but never arrived.
9.12.1941 At midnight GLASGOW in error sank the RIN patrol vessel PRABHAVATI with two lighters in tow en route for Karachi, with 6" shells at 6000 yards. The vessel was alongside the lighters and appeared to those in GLASGOW to be a large Japanese S/M on the surface. Arrived Bombay with RIN survivors on 9th.
25.12.1941 Arr. Colombo.

Best wishes,
Marek</HTML>
