My father who is still living 87 yrs old served on the USS Swallow from 1942-April 45 the day the ship was sunk. I have found a single photo of the Swallow and after many years found the muster rolls for all these years naming all the personel including the day it was sunk in named who survived, was injured, and killed, amazing enough most of the men survived except for just a couple the ship had a number that averaged about 95 men My dad has told me the story of that day and how the experiance felt. His name is Albert Francis Gray.
