Interesting to see that another Jill has posted a message on this site - the name must have been popular at the time! My father, Ronald Norris, was one of the eight survivors. He died in September 1986 and did not speak of his time aboard ship or the actual sinking but I know he did tell my children of his experience as they were studying World War II at school.
