french submarine Doris

I'm a scubadiver from the Netherlands.
In 2003 my mate and I discovered the french submarine Doris, who was torpedoed at the Northsea May 8th 1940, by the U9 under Wolfgang Luth .We did report it to the French authorities and in July 16th 2004 there was a memorial service above the wreckage, on the french patrolboat "Pluvier". Last November, 27th, there was a big memorial service in Brest,with 28 families 130 members, of the victims of the tragedy.
Amongst the victims there were three British sailors;
Lieutenant Richard Westmacott,
Telegrapfist Charles Sales'
Yeoman of signals Harry Wilson.
Their relatives were absent in Brest. Can anyone tell me how I could trace them (if they exist?).
In France it brought great relief to many people ;they know were their fathers or brother died. I would like to bring that message to the relatives from the three British sailors as well.
Can anyone help me?
