Must be Heliopolis. The only details I can offer are that this was a former private yacht (ex-Sayonara, ex-Katoomba) built at Govan in 1903. Measured 766 tons and was acquired by the Royal Navy in March 1940 for use as a training vessel, acting as a 'target' for the Fleet Air Arm.
