In fact there was Norwegian B-1 which in 1940 escaped to UK but had nothing to do with the sub which was transferred to Soviet Navy.
BTW. In Russian alphabet letter which in Latin alphabet is known as B stands for V (or W depending on translation) so it was V-1 and not B-1!
