HMS Triumph and HMS Tribune

Does anybody have any photographs of either of these two T-class group 1 submarines?
HMS Tribune appears in the film Close quarters(1943) and on her conning tower are displayed battle honours in the form of metallic ribbons.,did her sister HMS Triumph also have this?
