It was "S-51". 2 december 1942 year submarine go from Coco Solo with escort 1 US destroyer. Against submarine was launch 1 torpedo and "S-51" can evading from this torpedo. Torpedo go in 30 meters from bow submarine. It was torpedo, so our submariners many time see torpedo tracks during training.
As I find, in this time and place was this 3 US submarine only. And I find, that 1 US submarine was where near path our submarines.
Position attack where near Coco Solo, so was few after exit from base. Coordinates is abscent.

If you from USA, so can find report from US destroyer what was escort for our subs. Destoryer name is unknow. Simple know, that 1 US destroyer was escort for 2 soviet subs in route from Coco Solo to Guantanamo (Cuba).
