Locating a pennant number

Hi
I'm trying to to find the number of a specific ship.
It's a flower-class corvette from the royal canadian navy and must have been new in 1940 and she had Asdic.
In the beginning she was patroling, with two other corvettes in the area from New Foundland to Novo Scotia in a month or two.
Then she had to do an troop escort from sct. John to a position south of Iceland, where the British navy would take over.
When the troops was delivered, she had trouble with some bearings and went to Reykjavik.
After that, she was attacked by a submarine, at about 60'N. She hit the sub and the sub hit her under the bridge. The sub disappeared and she sailed to London Derry, Ireland to be fixed. They couldn't fix her, so after speaking with Halifax, she went to Glasgow.
Here, the Commanding Lieutenant asked Halifax to disembark.

Any help?
