Hi Oliver, Hi Yves,

S.M. UB 38 captured "L.R. 2006" in abt. 49°30'N 05°30'W.

The crew of the sunk Norw. steamer "Mallin" was sent to the floating vessel from which they were finally picked up by the Spanish steamer "Macarena".

I have no information what happened after to the abandoned vessel.

S.M. UC 26 sank the "De Villebois Mareuil" (32 grt) that day in abt. 49°30'N 05°45'W. Maybe it was the floating "L.R. 2006".

It would be a great help finding out the name of "L.R. 2006" and the home port numbers of "Pellerin" and "De Villebois Mareuil".

So long,

Simon
