Hello Paul
I asked a friend who does work on WWI crewmen for the RN Submarine Museum about your request and he said:
I do not have any info on RICHARDS, so I do not believe that the S.Museum have a Record Card for him, being a submariner. It may well be that he was a Sub Depot shipman (VULCAN, CYCLOPS etc) and `family history' has him as Subs. I will keep `looking up', but as I have ALL the WW1 Subs that are on cards at the museum, do not see that I can do much more.
Cheers Ron
