Sinking of "Lyndiane" 16th July 1918

I have a question about the sinking of the Lyndiane by UB 103 on 16th July 1918 in the Bay of Biscay. I believe that Lyndiane's boats were rammed by UB 103 after the sinking. Does anyone know the facts of the incident? Was it accidental or intentional? Were any of the Lyndiane's crew injured or lost? If anyone can give me an account of events or can point me in the right direction to find out, I would be extremely grateful.
