G Graham appears on the Commonwealth War Graves Commission site cwgc.org, search the hollybrook war memorial, southampton, and refine to navy. his name will be there. also, www.forces-war-records.co.uk is a great site to visit, you can get a commemoration scroll for your ancestor, and see all of the medals given to him/her for participating in the war. You have to buy a membership though. does anybody know about george clarke? is his name clark or clarke? i am interested in him, he was the chief steward and was one of the ones who died of dehydration onshore, i believe, as it says that his death date was the 3rd of May, which is 8-9 days after the 25th of April (the sinking), which David H so helpfully said was when they reached shore. Thank you for that info!! I can't seem to find any personal info on Mr. Clarke, and I would like to know his birth date and place of birth. my email is navysubgirl@yahoo.com.
thanks,
