Should be HERTHA, not HERTA. Amd it's in the 1899 Lloyd's Register as such. Now, I'm not a fan of just assuming ships are the same based upon a name, tonnage and the 1899 Lloyd's Register.
I'm planning to go up to Durham at some point in the coming months as Duke University library has a copy of the 1918 Lloyd's Register to try and get information on builders and owners for some sailing vessels.
