Hans Wendlandt, Oberleutnant zur Sea

I have a distant relative who was a U-boat Commander in WWI. I am looking for information on him; his date of death and where he is buried.

His name was Hans Hermann Wendlandt and he was an Oberleutnant zur Sea in the Imperial German Navy, serving in the Mediterranean. He commanded both the UC-38 and the UB-47. On 14 December 1917, while in command of the UC-38, he sank the French protected cruiser Chateaurenault in the Ionian Sea. After the war he became a merchant in Bremen. He was married to Anna-Lisa Dugend. Wendlandt was born 5 June 1887.

I have researched Wendlandt pretty well, but have been unable to find the above requested information.

Any help would be appreciated.
