SS Lake Edon photo

Doing research on the SS Lake Edon, built by American Shipping Co., Cleveland, May 1918, sunk by torpedo, August 21, 1918 about 4 miles NE of Newquay Cornwall, by U-107.
May have exhausted most resources but was hoping for suggestions for getting a photo of the Lake Edon. Any suggestions? Thanks
