Hi cdubbs,
the book deals only with the fates of the subs which survived the war and had to surrender to the Allies. The war losses are clear except a handful boats. The book is closing a gap in submarine history of WWI, the fate of each boat after the war including trials and tests, victory bond tours and the final fate of these boats. You will also find the complete crew lists of 127 submarines and 130 photos.
Best wishes
