Hallo Nantes,
well, crew lists for the vessels above? I don't know.
Looks like you already have the service records for Robert V. Mack? If not, look here:
I can help you a little bit with the british submarines, of course:
Robert V. Mack was 1st Lieutenant on C 13 from March to August 1918. That boat belonged to the XI. Flotilla at Blyth, used for local defence.
Lt. Mack was replaced by Sub-Lieutenant Kidston on 23.08.1918.
Than he went over to submarine G 2 of the same Flotilla, taking part in three patrols in the North Sea until the war ceased.
But during that short timespan he was present when the german U 78 was sunk by G 2 on 27.10.1918 - what should be the reason for him to receive the D.S.C.
See here for U 78:
I have no details of his service on the ex-german U 86, but he was commanding officer (C.O.) of the ex-german U 126 for some time.
According to U 126's logbook for March 1920 he was C.O., but I haven't checked all of U 126's logbooks yet.
All of her surviving logbooks from TNA:
So, if you have anything on Lt. Mack's service on U 86 (dates?) that would be very welcome!
