Joe,
You are confusing two different events. HAELEN was most certainly taken in as a prize on November 3, 1917 by UB 63. The immediate source for this is Spindler IV, p. 436 but I'm sure I can find it in UB 63's KTB as well.
HAELEN and TUNISIE are listed in LWL as damaged on March 17, 1917 off the Norwegian coast. Per KTB, the boat involved was UC 30.
