Your history appears to be mainly correct.
UB81 under the command of OzS Saltzwedel, encountered what is thought to be a mine, which damaged the stern of the boat, at about 1730 on the 2nd December 1917 off the south coast of England. The damage caused the stern to start leaking, and the boat came to rest with stern on the seabed, and by handling the weights on board, the crew managed to have the bow of the boat extending above the water. 7 men eventually managed to escape from the boat.

Masch Bories succumbed after he had been rescued.

A Royal Naval ship HMS P32 arrived on the scene at about 2200, and rescued the above.

UB81 sank shortly after.

Masch Bories ( XB58 )was buried at sea the next day, 03/12/1917 from HMS P32, in position 50 25 30N 0 50 30W . Time 1612.

As you know, UB81, B-Quadrat Boote, was built at the Weser Yard Bremen, and commissioned on September 18, 1917.

Again I ask if it would be possible to find any general arrangement plans for this class of boat.

It would also be of interest to know what happened to the survivors in the long term. This is probably asking too much this distance in time away, nearly 100 years..!

The wreck is protected, and diving on her is not permitted.
I will be able to send you more information on her present position and condition, when winter has finished.
