I have some information to add to this site:

From the book "The Russian Navy in War and Revolution From 1914 up to 1918:

4.6.15 Minelayer Enisei 200+ KIA including the Captain Prokhoroff. 21 surviviors including the chief engineer. U26

15.8.15 minelayer Lagoda 5 KIA mine UC4

17.9.15 Minesqweeper N10 sunk mine entrance of moonsound 4 NM from Worms lighthouse unknown U

28.10.16 Destroyer Kazanetz 3 officers, 2 warrant officers and 29 men saved the rest were KIA mine UC27

19.11.16 Cruiser Rurik no casulaties mine UC27

7.11.16 destroyer Letun 5 KIA 6 badly WIA 8 slightly WIA mine UC27

From the book "The Neutral Ally" Olav Riste

The Norwegien merchant ship Knut Jarl was carrying a cargo of Herrings to Russia when she was sunk by the U43

It may seem odd to some people on this site why are Herrings being sent to Russia? The answer is Russia didn't have enough cattle to give it's large wartime army its pre-war meat ration of 1/2 pound a day in fact the army's meet ration was cut to 3/8 pound in early 1916 and 1/4 pound in late 1916.
Add to this some units in late 1916 were having their bread rations cut. There are complaints at all levels of the Russian army about food shortages during the winter of 1916/1917. To make things worse wheat was being exported from Russia in part to pay for military aid. The Norwegien merchant ship Sinsen was carrying a cargo of wheat when it was sunk by the U46. A combination of food shortages and a breakdown in the Russian rail system are what caused the riots that started the February/march 1917 Russian revolution.

I hope this is of some use or interest.
