Crew agreement for 1918 for Missanabie is held at the UK National Archives under reference BT99/3455. As for Carpathia - are you referring to the ship which rescued survivors from the Titanic and which was subsequently lost on 17 July 1918 rather than 1916? If so, there is quite a lot of information available at the National Archives, but it would save time if you could give a precise date.
