As to the yearly Rangliste query, what I have is two things:

- A cd of the Ehrenrangliste 1914-1918 which lists all naval officers, and their crew dates, but as it is a scan and I am unable to search and work it. It is also in old German.

- A brochure history of the crew of '07 50th anniversary from Freiburg (MSG 2/18641), but it is again in old German and not for working. This has all the information that I need including lists of crew members killed in the two wars, which training ships, short biographies, and staff and special course details.

And, I have coming by scan on cd for the Crew of '05: MSG 2/18635 Chronik Crew 1905; Hans Dambrowski: Der Seekadett, 1910. 138 pages (selection); RM 3/5170 Instruktion für die Seekadetten-Schulschiffe, Laufzeit : 1891-1912, Anleitung für die Ausbildung der Kadetten und Seekadetten auf den Schulschiffen Lehrpläne für die Seekadetten und Fähnriche zur See; and, possibly, RM 5/371, Dienst(vor)schriften, Lehrpläne, Handbücher usw, Laufzeit : 1899 – 1917.

If there is something else that I have missed that takes me to an easily workable yearly crew list for '05 and '07, I would be most grateful for the steer.
